The CMS for this site was not built for the administrator of the site. We took our skills in CMS and created a social network like enviornment. We created a profile page for every member that joins, with in this page members have access to all the job leads they have posted with the ability to edit the content, manage comments and delete the lead. Members also have the ability to bookmark leads and access them for easy reference with in their profile. The last step was to allow the member to update account information and settings.
